What this site collects

If you submit one of the two forms on our contact page, we receive what you typed into it: your name, email address, and whatever you told us about your organisation or your project. Nothing else is collected from that form, and there are no hidden fields.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and makes no third-party requests. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own domain, so no advertising or analytics network sees your visit. We keep aggregate counts of which pages are read, with no cookie and no attempt to identify you or follow you across sites.

That is why there is no consent banner. There is nothing to consent to.

What we do with it

We reply to you. Enquiries are read by the people who would do the work, and are not passed to anyone outside Fractorize Software Private Limited. We do not sell data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within twelve months. Correspondence relating to an active or completed engagement is retained for as long as the contract and our statutory obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email principal@fractorize.com and a person will answer — there is no form for this and no ticket queue. If you are in India, these rights sit under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
