01 · Who we are
Nine people working from cities across India: seven engineers, a designer, and a principal who still writes code and takes the first call on every engagement. The company is registered in Chennai, and everyone keeps Indian hours.
Before that it was one engineer with a public delivery record going back eight years — Top Rated Plus on Upwork, five stars on every project, and two enterprise platforms built and maintained over seven years for a Silicon Valley infrastructure company. The team was assembled deliberately and slowly out of that, which is why it is nine people and not ninety.
Everyone here works on both the products and on customer systems. Nobody sits on internal work only, and nobody joins a project without first reading the standard it has to satisfy — the ISO clause, the ABDM milestone, the API Q1 requirement.

02 · Will you still be here
Fractorize Software Private Limited is a registered Indian company, paid for entirely by the work it does. There is no outside investment, so there is no investor money to run out of and no investor timetable pushing us toward a sale that would leave your system with nobody maintaining it.
That cuts both ways: we grow at the speed of revenue, so we take on fewer engagements than we are asked to. If your project needs thirty people next quarter, we are the wrong firm and will say so in the first conversation.
03 · Where your data lives
Each product goes deeper on its own site, because the answers differ.
Your data stays in your own environment, in your own country. For Synaptica that means Indian hospitals on Indian infrastructure, under the DPDP Act. For Doqumus it means Gulf manufacturers hosted in the Gulf — partly because their buyers expect it, and partly because a quality system full of controlled documents is not something to move across a border casually.
Access to the live system is limited to named engineers, and every access is logged. Your documents and records are never used to train AI models. In Doqumus the software itself enforces that: the AI can read a controlled document, and has no way to write to one.
What we do not claim: we hold no certifications of our own. We build software that supports a quality or clinical system. We do not guarantee an audit outcome, and a vendor who tells you otherwise is selling something.
04 · If the product does not do it
Then we build it. The people who build the products are the same people who would build your addition, so you are not filing a feature request and waiting for it to reach the top of a list you cannot see.
